Eaglewing Sanctuary FUN'draiser - Intermediate Round Robin Mixer

SOLD OUT! Rocky Mountain PIKL Members Lisa McAllister and Sherry Cowart want you to join them in a FUN'draiser Mixer and Skills Showcase!  Each person will get a minimum of 8 games, Eaglewing Sanctuary Hat and Lunch will be provided.

After lunch, there will be a Skills Competition for Prizes!  The Skills Competition, sold separately, will have a shotgun start and everyone will need to finish all 6 Stations in order to win prizes.

PURPOSE: All proceeds go to Eaglewing Sanctuary

CLUB-LED Event 

FORMAT: Round robin mixer in the morning and skills competition in the afternoon.

COST includes a free club hat co-branded with Eaglewing Sanctuary, free beer by sponsor Fat Tire, water & other beverages, and Lunch

• Please arrive by 8:45am to check in, warm up and stretch in order to maximize the session.

LOCATION: APEX Pickleball Courts, Arvada CO

PARTICIPANTS: Maximum 24 

PREFERRED PLAYER LEVEL: Intermediate  

ACTIVE CLUB MEMBERS ONLY, LIMIT 1 PER MEMBER

All bookings are on hold until membership is confirmed. You must be an active club member to participate. If you are not a club member, purchase a membership tier with this event.  You will not be guaranteed a spot until membership is active and we do not hold reservations longer than 1 day to enable other members to book.

• 1 Booking per member.  Your cart will not complete if you add 2 of the same event to your cart.

EVENT REFUND POLICY

This spot has been reserved especially for you as part of an event, cancellations 7 days or less prior to the event will not be refunded. If you need to cancel less than one week prior to the event, you can transfer your registration to another Rocky Mountain PIKL club member, provided they also meet the level requirements for any pickleball or skills-drills event you purchase. You will be solely responsible for finding a replacement and emailing the club at shop@rockymountainpikl.com of the replacement player and date/name of event.
